I wish I had read the reviews before choosing this service based on a sponsored ad on Google! Like many others, I was quoted one price, but when the technician arrived, he demanded almost double what I was initially quoted. I repeatedly asked him to inform me of any costs before starting, but he did not. He also damaged my door in the process. He claimed he was agitated from a previous job, which is no surprise when you're trying to overcharge people. I ended up giving him half of what he wanted. I will not use this service again.
