Super weird communications. Called for a quote was told £49 for consultation, I questioned why they advertised it as “£39 - no call out fee” and hung up as felt like they was mugging it. The woman proceeded to send text messages saying how I’m rude and Eastern Europeans were ripping everyone off in my area so good luck (. I found a local locksmith that’s coming £35 no call out fee just unlock my door.. who happens to be polish!) 😂 what’s worse is the woman on the phone sounded Eastern European herself 🥴
