They are simply scammers, please don't use them. We were charged £528 and they only changed the barrel, and the barrel was the wrong size. They don't respond to complaints either over the phone or email. I am going to trading standards and you should too if you have been ripped off by them. The fitter totally took advantage of my wife's vulnerable situation as she was locked out while I was away. They charged us £199 for a lock but didn't fit a lock, only the barrel. £89 fallout fee, even though the website says "no call out fee".
