Terrible. We called them out at 2.30 this afternoon & they said we’ll see you at 3. Then at 3, we get a call to say they’d be with us at 3.45. Still no sign at 4.15 so we called them, to be told that they weren’t coming after all. It’s so infuriating. Absolutely useless. If it hadn’t been an emergency, we’d have probably checked the reviews and seen how bad they are.
