REPORTED TO POLICE & TRADING STANDARDS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Vulnerable young naive female locked out house late at night. She was a target for these guys. Advised of no call out charge as stated on website. When the guy arrived an hour later he quoted £360 which was excessive but my daughter was desperate and crying. After drilling out the lock he then advised of another £250 to put in a new lock which we since found in screw fix for £20!! After job was completed he charged her £799. When questioned he said it was a call out charge and tax! My daughter being young didn’t have any choice but to pay as the work was done and he was going to remove the lock. The next day an invoice came through and stated the same price but different breakdown. Questioned with company with no reply. On returning home that night she was locked out again. Keys didn’t work in the lock and when contacting the company they had no interest in helping her. Despite telling her she had warranty. Contacted police and trading standards who advised writing a letter of complaint - NO RESPONSE TO THIS and we are now going down the route of Trading Standards which they advised us to do if no response. WE WILL TAKE THIS ALL THE WAY!!! No hidden costs they say, No call out charge!!! Lies and they use your fear and if you’re niave they will play on that. I have screenshots of everything on their page. They also use different phone numbers every time you contact the company. DODGY! Say they’re based locally. They’re actually in London and send any random out. My daughter’s door was hacked away at. They even drilled into the frame. She now has the additional cost of fixing that too along with the additional cost of getting another locksmith to let her in the property the following night as they wouldn’t rectify the mistake. WE WILL USE SMALL CLAIMS COURT IF WE NEED TO. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
