These guys need stopping. They were unclear about pricing on the phone and continued to be vague right up until the lock was drilled, then demanded £300 without even replacing the lock! Kicking the door in would have been cheaper. Horrible people that prey on those in times of stress. Total scammers. Their site needs taking down immediately.
