Old lady in our block of flats locked herself out, we called this company, they said it would be £49 and they would be here in 30 mins. Took 50 mins, and then they charged her £95. All they did was use a plastic card down the side of the door, that was it. Absolutely ripped off an old lady, who is now very upset. When she told me this I called them, and the woman who answered didn’t care at all. Don’t use this company.
