The biggest scam ever... I called them out and was told the initial call-out and first hour would cost around £260. I accepted this due to it being a Sunday and our urgent need. The job took just over an hour, but the technician informed me I had to pay for an hour and a half. I refused to pay half the initial charge again. I spoke to a so-called manager and am still waiting for a callback. My advice is to steer clear, even in an emergency. Any discounts offered are meaningless; I will never use this service again.
