They advertise a 30 mins call out. Two and a half hours later no plumber. Tried to call the original number but was repeatedly cut off. Started to feel uneasy about calling this firm and sent a WhatsApp message to cancel the appointment and immediately an aggressive Eastern European called saying the plumber would be there in 10 mins. Would not take no for an answer - really very pushy and aggressive so I felt this was a scam to get a plumber in your house and charge exorbitant rates. Confirmed that I wanted to cancel but remained aggressive saying again that the plumber would be there in 10 mins. Cancelled the call. Plumber still knocked the door 30 mins later. Told him that the appointment had been cancelled and he was also unprofessional.

Appalling customer service. After reading reviews about this service, I decided to cancel my request shortly after calling. However, the representative insisted I would still be charged a cancellation fee and refused to cancel the service. When I expressed my unwillingness to pay, she responded aggressively, claiming she would continue to call me until I paid. What kind of service treats customers this way? I feel for the technicians working here; they likely do a good job, but I won’t give my money to a company with such poor customer relations.
Charged £370 to replace a double socket in just 40 minutes. The technician was excellent and self-employed but used this service for work, receiving less than a third of the total fee. I now have his contact details. It's not the technician's fault, but I strongly advise against using this service.
The biggest scam ever... I called them out and was told the initial call-out and first hour would cost around £260. I accepted this due to it being a Sunday and our urgent need. Unreasonable charges. It appears this service is misleadingly advertising under a different name online, suggesting a one-man operation with reasonable rates. I initially thought the quoted £144 for an emergency call was fair. However, once the technician arrived, I was informed that the job would take 2 hours, resulting in an additional charge of £144. I was shocked by the final bill of £313 for changing two leaking radiator valves. When I called to dispute the charges, the representative was rude and hung up on me. Once a technician arrives, there’s no telling how long the job could take. I feel misled and very disappointed.
If I could rate zero stars, I would. My elderly father called this service for a plumbing issue. He had already disassembled the toilet to assist the technician. The plumber arrived and fixed a loose tube in 10 minutes but charged £349 for the service. The breakdown included a £49 call-out fee and £220 for just 10 minutes of labor. I wasn’t informed of this charge beforehand, and I feel they took advantage of my father. I plan to report this to trading standards.
