Unreasonable charges. It appears this service is misleadingly advertising under a different name online, suggesting a one-man operation with reasonable rates. I initially thought the quoted £144 for an emergency call was fair. However, once the technician arrived, I was informed that the job would take 2 hours, resulting in an additional charge of £144. I was shocked by the final bill of £313 for changing two leaking radiator valves. When I called to dispute the charges, the representative was rude and hung up on me. Once a technician arrives, there’s no telling how long the job could take. I feel misled and very disappointed.
