My heating failed at weekend. So no hot water or heating. Stayed in Monday, Tuesday, Wed but no one came. Told someone would come today 10 to 1 but now 1:30 and no visit yet. Pheonix gas can't get through on phone to. I have health issues but emh don't seem to care. Pheonix based in stoke but me in northampton and not many engineers and they seem to go home 3pm.My pump failed last October and only fixed January. 4 times pheonix never came. Now combi not working and pump on all time. Bad install as they pump condensate up into loft
