I have had multiple housing association properties now for 28 years all have been a home for me with no problems and i had no complaint the last 3 years with this housing association has been the worse experience of my life
Avoid this company if you want a peaceful life they are lairs difficult slanderous not trust worthy and will cause you nothing but discrimination and distress do not bother trying to appeal to these people they will label you a (perpetrator) when in fact your staff member is the real perpetrator taking full advantage of her housing a liason community status who enjoys Schadenfreude use your house phone in future to inflict personal attacks or would you not be taken seriously without your housing status or evidence its disgraceful that you put high standards of what you as a housing company expect from tenants no standards of care from 2 of your staff and will protect and plain ignorance to facts to what they do you don't care what your staff member does you have no care and treat me like your property that you can do as you wish disgraceful I'd rather live in a homeless hostel
Arrange an appointment and dont turn up and when you call them about it they make up some excuse that apparently my dad refused workers on the 20th to do work but an appointment was made for the 27th for said work to be done but they never came now non phone and they stating they never came cus they were refused on the 20th make this make sense if refused kn the 20th why make an appointment for the same work on the 27th and not come
Emh homes words do not match their actions. They provide lip service on publicly available platforms, meanwhile making no effort to address serious issues brought to their attention.Having suffered and currently continuing to endure the impact of their refusal to listen or provide a resolution to the concerns they are fully aware of, it is clear they have no commitment or interest in adhering to housing regulations.Eleven months ago, their workers visited the property and failed to complete the work they were sent to do. They then provided assurances that the situation had been escalated to a higher level and that someone would be making contact imminently to discuss the situation. More visits have taken place in between then and now...Almost a year later, absolutely nothing has been done.After more than a decade of writing letters to individuals at every level of their organisation and escalating complaints to each stage, they have consistently provided poor customer service, failed to listen (or properly read details) and failed to learn from feedback.They do not follow their own complaints guide. Their complaint handlers are unable to investigate the most basic of complaints, even when all of the information is spelt out for them. The service never improves and the responses are so out of touch with reality, it is difficult to believe that they are capable of comprehending details or information.Having experienced the epidemic incompetence of the employees of this housing association, from the Housing Officers all the way up to the Executive Director and Group Chief Executive, I have begun to wonder if incompetence is one of their qualifying criteria for employment.Everyone deserves a safe and secure home, however an analysis of the genuine reviews submitted prior to Nov 2025 demonstrates the level of poor service is widespread and common practice.Words like 'appreciate', 'commitment', 'genuine', 'safe' and 'sincerity' are ordinarily meaningful and carry weight, but are empty and hold no value if not followed with action and results.If there are other tenants reading this who have also had the misfortune of suffering from carelessness and neglect at the hands of these dishonest, immoral and irresponsible wrongdoers - know that you are not alone...Write your reviews. Raise your complaints. Ensure your landlord fulfils the obligations they are legally required to.No landlord that 'respected' you, would have such a severe disregard for your safety or rights, nor would they expose you to harm.
Shocking housing association. I doubt they will be around for much longer. Flat out lie to UC which then got me in arrears. Did not own up to it. I spent 3 years on the streets and my life was so much easier then. They never answer the phone unless it's to pay (little trick if you wanna talk to them) avoid at any cost
Went into rent arrears was phoned twice and emailed twice it was sorted with a payment plan and told everything is now ok yet they have now sent a intension to evict the household so not only do they lie they don't even bother to contact us properly in the first place this is going much further.
