⭐️ 1 Star — Emirates Failed to Provide Assistance and Forced Us to CancelI am very disappointed with how Emirates handled my booking from Hargeisa to London, which included a Flydubai connection.After I submitted a MEDIF (medical information) form requesting special assistance for my young daughter, Emirates informed me that Flydubai would not accept the MEDIF. When I asked if Emirates could take responsibility for the assistance if we travelled separately, they said no.As a result, we were forced to cancel our original ticket and spend a large amount of money to buy a new one, even though the situation was caused by the airline’s refusal to cooperate. This was meant to be my daughter’s first flight, but instead we experienced unnecessary stress, confusion, and financial loss due to poor coordination and lack of compassion.Emirates should review how they handle passengers requesting special assistance and ensure their staff treat families with understanding and fairness.
