I’m shocked by the lack of response from Emirates after an incident on my business class flight EK019. A crew member spilt red wine on my cream Chloé handbag, worth £1,000. The supervisor took photos and promised to file a report. I emailed Customer Relations right after the flight and received a read receipt — yet two weeks later, I’ve had no reply whatsoever.For a premium airline, this level of customer service is disgraceful. Accidents happen, but being completely ignored is unacceptable. I expected far better from Emirates and hope they take responsibility and contact me urgently to resolve this.
