Dreadful customer service, no complaints with crew on the plane, 2023 when I booked my holiday to japan from Glasgow via dubai to Narita. I contacted customer service Feb 23 for a flight in November 23, about my allergies. The customer service agent who I spoke to thanked me for the letting them know and said it will be sorted for the flight for inflight meals. when they flights happened the 7 hour flight to Dubai, I was given food which I was allergic to and given a very small bottle of water, nothing else, second flight 9.5 hours (12hrs back) to Tokyo narita once again given a meal once again allergic to and this time wasn't allowed any water, lead purser said we can't give you anything because don't want to make you more ill. Returns flights exact same, journey from tokyo to dubai my seat was broken, ice system wouldn't work , headphones wouldn't work either, they crew moved several other people who had similar problems once again purser refused to help myself unless I paid for an upgrade, very unpleasant, the others who got moved didn't pay, and learned it they got moved for minor issues. after 4 months all emirates would offer was about £25 of skywards points which I wasn't even a member off but Emirates decided to subscribe me too and the customer service agent who dealt with it didn't care an inch.
