We went on holiday last April. On our flight home, the stroller of our daughter got damaged (probably in the cargo department) and the footrest broke off.We reported the damage at the airport right away, photos got taken etc.After one month we asked, whether there are any news. We were informed that we need to fill in an online form, which we did.That is now 9 months ago.We could not use the stroller anymore and at the shop they told us, they cannot repair it, so we had to buy a new one, because we basically need it on a daily baisis.We have been requesting updates in the meantime from emirates regularly.Nothing happened.Now after 9 month they are requesting additonal photos... We handed in everything twice already!!!And I can't give them photos of a stroller we do not have anymore...This is a huge disappointment. I had damaged baggage on other flights with airlines with a much lower reputation and their customer service was way better and I got compensation in no time in comparison to emirates.I can't recommend them if you are not willing to risk your property to be damaged withoout compensation.
