We arranged a combined flight and hotel vacation to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The booking process was straightforward, and the airport limousine service was prompt. The in-flight service was outstanding, and the hotel staff were courteous and accommodating. However, a major letdown was that despite my husband contacting the company prior to our trip to ensure the hotel acknowledged our anniversary, there was no recognition whatsoever. I had hoped for at least a small gesture. To add to our disappointment, the day after our anniversary, several staff members sang 'happy birthday' to guests at the table next to us. While it wasn't the anniversary celebration we envisioned, we still had a good trip overall.
