I am a existing customer of Emirates islamic Bank since August 2023 , and on 06/04/2024 i had made a local transaction of 21413 AED for the shopping for EID for my friends and family members as they were here for trip and flying on 09/04/2024.Bank has deducted my balance and did not transfer the amount to the person.after 24 hours i had got the message that transfer was unsuccessful and bank had already deducted the amount from my account.I tried to reach out to customer care for around 2 hours and than finally my call were answered and customer representative did not understand very well my complaint and she tried to gave me very funny and lame excuses. on another call they have told me that due to Eid holidays my amount would be back by 14/04/2024. i requested to them that i had only this money and my family is here for shopping and they have their flight on 09/04/2024 , how would i manage without money as i had only 21500 AED in my account to spend on them, today is 15/04/2024 and still i did not receive my money back in my account.For the pass 1 week i had spent without money and borrowed some amount from my friends so that at least i can pay few of the bills .This period is very stressed for me as my money is not with me and i am helpless to get my money back.This is very terrible and unprofessional experience with emirates islamic bank and i am never ever gonna recommend any of my friend this bank.I am literally begging for money inspite of having it.Name: Mohammed MumtazTransaction Date: 06/04/2024Transaction Referral ID: 2258A7716D74
