About a month ago, they sent me the wrong perfume. What followed was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
They were incredibly unhelpful from the start. After endless back and forth, I somehow managed to return the item, only because I kept chasing them. I was explicitly promised a replacement, then made to wait weeks and weeks while being ignored. Emails went unanswered, messages were brushed off, and eventually they just outright refused to send the replacement perfume at all.
At that point it stopped feeling like incompetence and started feeling like a scam. Take the money, send the wrong item, drag things out, then disappear or refuse to fix it. Completely unacceptable.
There are easily 10 better, more trustworthy sellers out there who actually value their customers and stand by what they sell. Buyers should be very aware before ordering from this site. I wouldn’t touch emiratesoud.com again under any circumstances.
