Royal Mail has literally just delivered this, only ordered 3 days ago. Just tried it and it really is pretty close to my Dior Parfum which I absolutely love. Great price, packaging and delivery. Think this'll be my go to company from now on.....well done Emirates Oud! 😊
I am very disappointed with my experience with Emirates Oud. I ordered a perfume from them, and they marked my order as “delivered,” but I never received it.I checked carefully around my property and with neighbours, but nothing was delivered. I contacted their customer service, but I did not receive proper help or a clear solution.I don’t recommend anyone buying from them.
Ordered 3 times (17 bottles) in the last month. Purfumes were all brand new, well packaged and very good prices. Got emails for all of my individual ordered and notifications for delivered times/dates. So far so good so smooth no issues at all. I will continue on buying from Emirates oud. Thank you

About a month ago, they sent me the wrong perfume. What followed was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
They were incredibly unhelpful from the start. After endless back and forth, I somehow managed to return the item, only because I kept chasing them. I was explicitly promised a replacement, then made to wait weeks and weeks while being ignored. Emails went unanswered, messages were brushed off, and eventually they just outright refused to send the replacement perfume at all.
At that point it stopped feeling like incompetence and started feeling like a scam. Take the money, send the wrong item, drag things out, then disappear or refuse to fix it. Completely unacceptable.
There are easily 10 better, more trustworthy sellers out there who actually value their customers and stand by what they sell. Buyers should be very aware before ordering from this site. I wouldn’t touch emiratesoud.com again under any circumstances.

I've placed two orders with this company and found their products to be authentic. Their customer service responds to emails promptly. My only recommendation would be to improve the speed of the delivery service; otherwise, it's been a very positive experience overall.
I placed an order over a week ago but entered the incorrect postcode. I reached out to the company through email, WhatsApp, and their website, yet they have not responded and allowed the package to be sent to the wrong address. Now my messages are being ignored.
I have bought several bottles from the company and experienced outstanding service. Communication through email is quick, and I've never had to wait for my orders. I even snagged some perfumes on sale for as low as £13.50, and the bottles are beautiful, as is the fragrance. Remarkably, the scent lasts all day, even longer than some high-end perfumes. I'm very satisfied with both the service and the products.
On 08/12/25, I placed an order for 7 bottles of perfume. On 13/12/25, I received an email indicating that some items in my order were on the way, but I only received 5 bottles. Then, on 16/12/25, I got another email stating that some items in my order had been refunded, with no explanation or apology provided.
I placed an order for Vanilla 01 in November 2025! They accepted my order even though the perfume was out of stock. Now, nearly six weeks later, I still haven't received it. They claimed it was dispatched but provided an outdated tracking number. I'm now £55 out of pocket, and the seller has ceased all communication. It's disappointing, as I've bought several perfumes from them before without any problems, but it seems that when an issue arises, they take your money and then ignore you!
