Even 1 star is not worth it .I totally depended ontjeie services for an emergency visa they said 5 to 6 hrs I had 10 hrs later I missed my flight due to no visa deliverd as per their suggestion IMiss aneela was making discounts from 700 $ to 220 which happend in half hrs of hagglingShe promised the stars and moon and im still waiting for it 10 hrs later with a lost flight And no answers but blame immigration but over promise and underdeliver not their problem If they know in and ours dont cut it close And I really dont see why is tjeir visa so expensive For residents of the gulf we should just walk in like we did jn the past Man no wonder tourists dont vsist as oftenReally if it wasn't for work I wouldn't bother either Aneela should be fired
I would exercise serious caution with this business. There were attempts to squeeze extra payments out of a loyal customer and communication was extremely poor after initial payment. Email and WhatsApp proof to back it up. After making it clear that what they were asking for is non-legitimate and that I would report them, they VERY QUICKLY backtracked their "extra payment" request and sent the visa. Clearly proving that the extra payment was not critical to obtaining the visa. This is not how one builds trust in the community. I am disappointed in a service which my family have used many times before. My entire view of this business changed in a single moment. Constructive criticism: Company oversight over rogue tactics is critical to maintain a solid business with a good reputation. Don't let your reputation be ruined by trying to take unjust money from already paying customers. Please do better in the future so that your business may continue to thrive.
Scam website. Don’t use. They chat before you make payment but don’t give proper feedback after payment. Avoid. Ashi, Tayabba, Sumeria. They all chat to get you to pay but you don’t get any feedback once you do. All they say is processing with no reference or application number
Absolutely SCAMMERS!!! Stay away. After paying the visa fees, they demanded for additional money to cover the travel insurance. Terrible customer service as they just choose to ignore you after taking the money. I have flights tomorrow and they are ignoring me and not replying to any of my messages. BIGGEST SCAM I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS! I have lost a hefty amount of money because of them. Horrendous customer service and experience
