This service is a scam. I was lured in by a low ticket price and paid a deposit, but instead of the promised two days to finalize payment, I was given two weeks. When I informed them I couldn't pay within that time, they extended the deadline. I requested a booking confirmation and airline reference, but when I contacted the airline, they only had a reservation for an infant. None of my family members were booked. I asked for a refund due to this fraudulent situation, but they insisted on charging cancellation fees. I refuse to pay any fees since no bookings were made for us. I'm currently fighting to recover my deposit. One of their representatives handled my booking, but I strongly advise staying away from this service.

Untrustworthy. My father attempted to buy a ticket and paid a £200 deposit. When he called after 9 AM as instructed, they questioned why he didn’t call exactly at that time. They disputed the payment, only to offer a ticket at a higher price than advertised. I truly wonder how they remain in business. I hope authorities investigate and shut them down. Please, do not trust this website; opt for more reliable travel agents, ideally in person rather than online.

On the payment day, despite multiple calls, I received no response, and another agent acted as if no reservation existed. They offered me much more expensive flights after claiming my original booking was canceled. I sought a refund for my deposit, but they only offered a partial refund and a voucher, which I declined. Thankfully, I managed to get my money back through my bank. I want to caution others about this service.
