I like the Emma app so far. I did the free trial for pro. I've connected multiple accounts and the transaction classification useful. The app is good to help keep track of all regular payments and whilst I haven't used it, their savings rates look competitiveI will highlight despite the fact they tell you they'll remind you before they take any cash out - the pro subscription has come out of my credit card with no warning today. I have relooked through my communication from them and all I can see is one line at the bottom of a huge marketing email from two days ago just saying my "free trial ends in two days". Nothing on how much or more details. I just don't think it's particularly transparent and probably wouldn't meet the new regulations on subscriptions. They seem to be happy sending me countless push notifications on everything else though.Sadly it's tarnished my experience a bit. I should have diarised it - but really I shouldn't have to.
