The app asks for bank details, links to your bank account and then asks for a subscription fee, there is a free trial but they want to charge you to use it. This doesn't make any sense at all. I contacted support, waited circa 30 mins for a response and then was unable to get confirmation of my bank details being deleted and my personal information deleted. What a complete joke.

To be fair to this app it does the job very well and I think the price is worth it . However, it does not link to the Revolut bank savings, the bank won’t allow it for some reason so not Emma’s fault . I was told you can input this manually . This was enough for me not to want it.
I had an issue whereby I couldn't see the "invest" button on the app. I contacted the Helpdesk via the chat feature and was put through to Yasmin who delivered an excellent service and very quickly sorted the problem for me. Thanks Yasmin!
A lot of advertising to get you to join. Unlike other subscriptions, they do not inform you they will take £83.99 out of your account within a week of joining and they have found a way so this does not show up in your subscriptions so there’s no way to notice this or cancel it!App connects with bank and groups everything other than that nothing special definitely not worth the price.They do refund the money if you notice and request it back in time!

I installed Emma, saw the prices it wanted, closed my account, deleted off my phone but hadn't realised I had started a subscription plan. A week later I had a surprise debit of £83.99. I feel that this is a non transparent fee, no reminder until they take that amount.
