Please steer clear of this company; they sent me two defective items, one meant as a Christmas gift. There seems to be no effective return or refund system. I reached out with photos of the defects but received no response, and the contact number doesn't work. One bowl had a major glaze defect, which shouldn't have passed inspection, yet it had an inspection sticker. The doormat sent was frayed and unsafe, which is concerning given my health situation. The company has ignored my reasonable request for refunds for these unusable products. Their reply to this review seems insincere. I have submitted two customer complaint forms without any follow-up. This company should be avoided due to their defective goods and lack of responsiveness.
