How can I rate something I haven't seen ? The item is 1,000 km's away in British Columbia packaged up for my daughter's birthday on Feb 24th. I have explained that to you guys already. She hasn't seen it yet & neither have I. So it's pointless continuing to request a rating. I will rate once I have heard back from my daughter next week & I expect it will be good.
Feeling very disappointed. Order arrived late December 25, and I returned it on the 9th January 26. Still haven’t heard back about my refund, despite multiple emails. Feeling very annoyed as customer service had always been great before.
So happy when my Emma bridgewater parcel arrives, beautiful hand decorated pottery all individual I love having this bright colourful pottery around my home to use or display. Always look forward to new seasonal designs.
As always, my item arrived beautifully packaged, and I genuinely enjoy receiving my orders from the company; there's an almost childlike joy in unboxing the parcel! I wish I lived nearby so I could visit the facility, although I worry our finances would take a hit! Over the years, I have ordered numerous items from the company, and each one has consistently arrived in top-notch packaging.
I placed an order on the 8th of January and received it on the 14th, but I'm extremely disappointed. I have submitted two contact forms—one right after delivery and another recently—along with multiple emails and phone attempts, all without success. I have been a long-time collector of the heart-themed range, but after this experience, I believe it's better to order from other sellers instead of directly from the company. One of the hearts on the cutlery set arrived scratched (still in the box), and the color is entirely different from what was shown online and from my existing collection. The product is now peach instead of pink, despite the website clearly stating pink. Moreover, the new peach version is made in China, while my older cutlery set is from Italy, and the quality is noticeably inferior. I have been trying to resolve this issue for a week with no response, which suggests they have taken my money and sent me a faulty item, expecting me to be satisfied. Now, my other cutlery from the collection doesn't match! I'm not impressed, especially considering the price. Customer service needs significant improvement.
I am currently awaiting a delivery and have sent two emails without receiving a response from the company. The package is at the depot on the island. The service has been very disappointing, as I have been waiting since November 22nd.
I received a Storm Lantern that was unfortunately damaged upon arrival, but contacting the support team was straightforward. The representative was exceptionally helpful, guiding me to send a photo of the damage via email and organizing a replacement. I truly love the item and found the interaction to be very pleasant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I strongly advise against this company, as they sent me two defective items, one of which was meant as a Christmas gift. There seems to be no proper system for returns and refunds. I reached out through the company's website (including photos of the defects) but received no reply. Additionally, the provided contact number is not functional. The bowl I received has a glaring defect in the glaze with a large visible mark. It should not have passed quality control, yet it has an inspection sticker. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but it cannot be given due to its condition. The doormat I received has a frayed corner that poses a trip hazard. I ordered it because I am currently undergoing chemotherapy for bone cancer, and my doctor advised me to get a sturdy doormat to avoid slips. The doormat I received is not suitable for its intended purpose. It’s disappointing that the company sent me two clearly defective items and has failed to respond to my reasonable requests for refunds for products that are unfit for sale. The company's response to this review seems insincere. I have already submitted two separate customer complaints and have received no acknowledgment. I reiterate that this company should be avoided. They are distributing defective goods (marked as inspected!) while ignoring complaints and refund requests. No one from the company has reached out to me via phone or email.
