I strongly advise against this company, as they sent me two defective items, one of which was meant as a Christmas gift. There seems to be no proper system for returns and refunds. I reached out through the company's website (including photos of the defects) but received no reply. Additionally, the provided contact number is not functional. The bowl I received has a glaring defect in the glaze with a large visible mark. It should not have passed quality control, yet it has an inspection sticker. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but it cannot be given due to its condition. The doormat I received has a frayed corner that poses a trip hazard. I ordered it because I am currently undergoing chemotherapy for bone cancer, and my doctor advised me to get a sturdy doormat to avoid slips. The doormat I received is not suitable for its intended purpose. It’s disappointing that the company sent me two clearly defective items and has failed to respond to my reasonable requests for refunds for products that are unfit for sale. The company's response to this review seems insincere. I have already submitted two separate customer complaints and have received no acknowledgment. I reiterate that this company should be avoided. They are distributing defective goods (marked as inspected!) while ignoring complaints and refund requests. No one from the company has reached out to me via phone or email.
