I placed an order on the 8th of January and received it on the 14th, but I'm extremely disappointed. I have submitted two contact forms—one right after delivery and another recently—along with multiple emails and phone attempts, all without success. I have been a long-time collector of the heart-themed range, but after this experience, I believe it's better to order from other sellers instead of directly from the company. One of the hearts on the cutlery set arrived scratched (still in the box), and the color is entirely different from what was shown online and from my existing collection. The product is now peach instead of pink, despite the website clearly stating pink. Moreover, the new peach version is made in China, while my older cutlery set is from Italy, and the quality is noticeably inferior. I have been trying to resolve this issue for a week with no response, which suggests they have taken my money and sent me a faulty item, expecting me to be satisfied. Now, my other cutlery from the collection doesn't match! I'm not impressed, especially considering the price. Customer service needs significant improvement.
