I had seen these bags all over social media and really wanted to try them, especially during their buy one get one free early Black Friday sale! I was thrilled to get two for the price of one. My order shipped the next day, but I didn’t receive further updates from the carrier. I reached out to the customer service team for an update, and they responded promptly, explaining that due to an address issue, my package seemed to be returning to them. They were very professional and even offered to send a replacement while allowing me to keep the original if it eventually arrived. This experience has truly restored my faith in good customer service! As for the bags, they showed up later that evening, and I was wowed by the quality. I love that the material can be easily wiped clean, and I can fit so much for my twin boys! This is definitely my new go-to bag, and if you’re considering getting a chain accessory, do it! The gold chain adds even more flair. So many cute designs and options! This was my first order, but certainly not my last. I’m a lifelong fan now!
