I have 2 Emmafy Gofree Crossbodys and I love them my favourite thing about them is actually the strap its very nice and wide makes carrying this bag quite comfortable. Also the chains and charms are so pretty.
This is complete b.s. I order the bag sale for me wife, entered the wrong address reached out to emmafy and they said it has to wait till the package goes back to shipper then it can be changed cool, I let it happen and send them the updates address and they get it sent, 2 weeks go by and the shipping info says its going to the incorrect address once again, so at this point im gonna let it return to shipper and get a refund.
I’ve been using my Emmafy GoFree Crossbody bags regularly and I genuinely love them. The quality is great, the zippers feel sturdy, and the size is perfect for everyday use without feeling bulky. I especially love how versatile they are, switching straps or adding charms completely changes the look, so it feels like more than one bag.
They’re practical, comfortable to wear, and actually fit everything I need for daily errands and on-the-go days. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and details. Definitely a brand I’ll continue using and recommending.
I didn't receive my package (suspected porch theft), and Analisa at Emmafy handled quickly and with fairness. My order was replaced. Amazing customer service.
When I did receive my order, it was exactly what I had hoped for. I love the purse, it's the right size to hold everything I need for day-to-day... I have been searching for a long time for something that was big enough, easy to wear and still fashionable.

I ordered my Emmafy bags during the Christmas holiday and they were taking long time to arrive but when I contacted Emmafy to ask, they checked for me and wrote a very nice, long email, properly explaining why the shipment took a bit longer and when I can expect to receive the goods. I communicated with Anna. She put me at ease because at one point I even thought, maybe that company is not even located in the UK and who knows if I will ever receive my bags! But as Anna promised, they arrived shortly after and I loooove them! They are so cute and practical and I cannot wait to wear them! I thought I may give one as a gift (because it was a one plus one deal that I went for) but I actually like them so much that I cannot give either of them up!
I purchased one of these bags for myself as a holiday treat, and I absolutely adore it! It holds everything I need while maintaining its shape and not feeling bulky.
