I ordered my Emmafy bags during the Christmas holiday and they were taking long time to arrive but when I contacted Emmafy to ask, they checked for me and wrote a very nice, long email, properly explaining why the shipment took a bit longer and when I can expect to receive the goods. I communicated with Anna. She put me at ease because at one point I even thought, maybe that company is not even located in the UK and who knows if I will ever receive my bags! But as Anna promised, they arrived shortly after and I loooove them! They are so cute and practical and I cannot wait to wear them! I thought I may give one as a gift (because it was a one plus one deal that I went for) but I actually like them so much that I cannot give either of them up!
