We ordered a chifforobe for our newborn twins, and it took more than six months to arrive. When it finally came, it was damaged and had to be returned. We then faced another five-month wait for a replacement, which also arrived with significant damage. The communication has been terrible, and the customer service is lacking. I strongly advise against doing business with this service.
