Review Time
I just received the bed I ordered. It is beautiful! It is really well made and the customer service manager stayed in touch letting me know the status. The only problem I had was that it took six months to receive. I had also ordered two nightstands but I received them after four months. The customer service managers were so often that I can overlook the time to get them. I paid for the top delivery and I’m so glad I did. The guys were very professional but it still took a while to put the bed together. The bed would have probably been all scratched if we had tried to put it together ourselves.
The company has been an absolute nightmare. My parents ordered two couches over a month ago, paid over $2,000, and have yet to receive them. Instead of taking responsibility, the manager had the audacity to call and suggest accepting a damaged couch as if that were an acceptable "solution." Due to this company's incompetence and blatant disregard for customers, my parents spent Christmas without the furniture they paid for. This is beyond unprofessional—it’s insulting, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. The company has lost all trust and should either refund the $2,000 or deliver the couches they promised immediately. They have treated paying customers poorly, and I strongly advise anyone considering them to steer clear.
We ordered a chifforobe for our newborn twins, and it took more than six months to arrive. When it finally came, it was damaged and had to be returned. We then faced another five-month wait for a replacement, which also arrived with significant damage. The communication has been terrible, and the customer service is lacking. I strongly advise against doing business with this service.
Placing the order was very easy, and Nadir was a delight to work with. She informed us and made us aware the whole way as to what was happening- where we were with shipping I never even had to track the order. We were made aware when the item would arrive. The deliver guys called before they got there, were very nice and made sure everything was fine before they left. Thank you very much I believe that was the best shipment I have ever gotten. If it wasn't for Jade I would not have given am5 stars. The original delivery company caused me to wait way to long to deliverespecially for an in stock file cabinet. Jade had the file cabinets picked up and delivered by another company and they arrived very quickly. The file cabinets are of very high quality and beautiful. I must say it was worth the delay for the beauty of these cabinets. Thank you Jade
We love our new table! The craftsmanship is beautiful, and it fits our space perfectly. Excellent customer service from both Samantha and Drichsen — they graciously answered our many questions about measurements, purchasing, and delivery. There was a small hiccup with our delivery, but the team handled it professionally and patiently. Highly recommend!
The order took about 5 months to ship, but the furniture came in perfect condition and it is well constructed and sturdy! I got the crib and dresser in the color Sand Dune and it is ideal for my son’s nursery. The furniture was easy to assemble as well. Nadir helped me with my order and kept me informed of the process all the way through. Thank you!
