I had issues with constipation my whole life especially after having colon cancer. I was bloated and in pain a lot so I was willing to try just about anything. I saw the long video and I I decided to give it a try. The recommendation for 2 capsules a day proved to be too much for me because I was getting stomach pains and nausea so I started taking just one and that works for me. I have bowel movements every day and sometimes twice a day and the bloating and pains are gone. So far so good. My only complaint is that it is extremely expensive. I am in the second month of taking it.
