I rate them a one don't expect to get a refund this product after buying four bottles of Emma's gut cleaner, really did the opposite disrupt my digestive system after 1wk of use ,they don't refund my money after sending them back the unopened 3 bottles, keep giving me the same excuse of not having my order number, but they have my email address why can't you relocate My order number, to return my $150🤔 yes you right the bottle says "" give your gut a vacation "" yes I'm giving someone a vacation with the money you scam. Don't trust this product or thinking of getting a Refund, Don't Waste Your Money 💰💰

Emma has served me well. I do not have constipation issues, nor do I have diarrhea. I like the consistency of my bowels, and have a lot less bloating than previously. I find the product expensive, and being from Canada, with the CDN $ being so low vs US$ I pay 30% more. I don't like the constant barrage of emails encouraging me to buy more. I now have a year's supply in stock. But the product is definitely my friend.
I have never ordered or used this product. My negative review is about the 'sales video'. When I began listening to the misleading, long-winded intro narrated by this "award winning Dr", I said:"When will the 'product for sale' be introduced? No MD does anything without a price. My issue is the psychological manipulation of the most vulnerable people in society -very ill people, like myself. I loathe the way this very costly consumer journey is being gently introduced. You are just as culpable as the aggressive pharmaceutical companies exploiting the health of the masses. Particularly profiting from the weight-loss and anti-aging angles. But listened because I wanted to learn. And I did! I know now that Berberine, etc. are helpful. And I will incorporate these new gut aids into my protocol, as I see fit. At zero cost to me. So thank you, for the education!
I have to take a stool softener with it to work.
My pain medicine prescription was changed so I had to add the stool softener. It worked great with the first medication.
I'm on my third bottle of Emma and it has been very helpful. I'm much more regular and I've also lost a few pounds and two or three inches of belly fat. At 71 years old that's pretty great to see going away. It fits very well with my lifestyle of hiking and yoga and attempts at a healthier diet. I expect to be taking this for life.

Over a couple years ago I was getting both diarhea and constipation. I am taking two with food in the morning and two with food in the evening.I had tried about every remedy my doctor and family shared with me. Some helped but none were consistent. When I started using Emma it took a few days for it to start working but have had no diarhea or constipation since months later. I know people don't like to talk about the appearance except South Koreans who have the only poop museum I believe in any country. Anyway the appearance and consistency told me I was doing something right. It was like I was in my 20's again when I just went to the bathroom and it was the same with no longer having to even think about this issure anymore.
I have used Emma for at least a year. Nothing was able to help my bowel issues...not even my Gastro doctor. I was losing heart at ever not using Senna often just to go! Finally...taking Emma daily, eating 5 prunes before bedtime, and taking a morning Biotic capsule has me regular! If I don't take one of these 3 things... I am headed backwards! I am more than grateful for Emna. Prior to Emma, Prunes nor Biotic didn't work alone....needed Emma!
I haven't seen much improvement. After nearly 5 months of using this service, I'm still experiencing bloating and constipation. Additionally, the apps occasionally fail to open for no apparent reason. I've paid for something that isn't delivering the benefits I expected. I would like a refund.
As someone who relies on insulin and deals with Gastroparesis, which causes reduced gastrointestinal motility and leads to periodic constipation, I have been using a morning supplement and an evening one for several months. Combining these two products has significantly alleviated my constipation. I highly recommend both; they work wonderfully together, at least in my experience!
