I purchased this and notified them that I have decided to pursue another direction and wish to return the unopened products and after countless emails to their customer service email, I continue to get no response and no refund! This company is a total scam!! I have turned off my autopay on the billing. I refuse to pay for something I have asked repeatedly to cancel.
