I was hopeful about the product, thinking it would finally address my long-standing issues with chronic constipation, so I impulsively purchased a six-month supply (6 bottles). Upon receiving them, I began taking the capsules while gradually reducing my usual medication, but I quickly discovered that the product wasn't working for me. I reached out to the support team and, after several days, received a response suggesting I could take up to four capsules daily and continue to lessen my current medication if I chose to (not particularly helpful). I tried the four capsules a day while still using half the laxatives I typically relied on, but unfortunately, the product failed to deliver, leading to significant discomfort. I had to revert back to my previous regimen of seven laxatives a day, and it took two days to feel any relief. I emailed the company requesting a refund but have yet to receive any response. I am deeply disappointed, as I had high hopes based on the promotional video, and the lack of communication makes me feel they only want to hear positive feedback. I am requesting a refund based on the representation that states, "if not completely satisfied, return the capsules for a full refund." At 68 years old and on a limited income, I cannot afford to lose money on a product that only worsens my condition.
