Over a couple years ago I was getting both diarhea and constipation. I am taking two with food in the morning and two with food in the evening.I had tried about every remedy my doctor and family shared with me. Some helped but none were consistent. When I started using Emma it took a few days for it to start working but have had no diarhea or constipation since months later. I know people don't like to talk about the appearance except South Koreans who have the only poop museum I believe in any country. Anyway the appearance and consistency told me I was doing something right. It was like I was in my 20's again when I just went to the bathroom and it was the same with no longer having to even think about this issure anymore.
