I'm on my third bottle of Emma and it has been very helpful. I'm much more regular and I've also lost a few pounds and two or three inches of belly fat. At 71 years old that's pretty great to see going away. It fits very well with my lifestyle of hiking and yoga and attempts at a healthier diet. I expect to be taking this for life.
