Emma has served me well. I do not have constipation issues, nor do I have diarrhea. I like the consistency of my bowels, and have a lot less bloating than previously. I find the product expensive, and being from Canada, with the CDN $ being so low vs US$ I pay 30% more. I don't like the constant barrage of emails encouraging me to buy more. I now have a year's supply in stock. But the product is definitely my friend.
