I placed my order on 26th Jan and to date have still not received my order( 28 March). Despite being a repeat customer, the lack of professionalism is shocking. The owner is rude and does not bother to respond to multiple follow-ups - they are in clear violation of the CPA regarding delivery timeframes. It is disappointing to see a local Gauteng business treat customers this way. I have initiated a formal legal process and a bank dispute. Do not buy from Emmeline's Fashion unless you want to spend your time fighting for a refund.
