What a horrible experience. I believe they are a scam. It's been 5 weeks since order and there has not been a delivery or even a tracking number.
The person on their social media is close to one of the rudest people alive. The way at which they respond to clients are shocking.
Refuse to assist or even give any concrete information as to when a delivery will take place.
Comments like..."I have responded 2 times sending it the second im able to we lost nearly 3 weeks due to holidays in between"
And when asked for detail things like "I have explained".
Nothing received yet and I think my money is stolen through this.

NO stars for Emmeline's Fashion. Ordered 2 different tops - white in a size small and pink in a size medium. This was ordered according to the Style Guide. When my parcel arrived the Pink top was very big and I immediately requested a refund. I was advised that there are NO refunds, only credits allowed. I chose an item of clothing in exchange for the top which was too big. Then I was accused of ordering two items so that I could return the one and that for this reason, there will be no exchange or credit. Francois (Owner) further commented that I was sneaky and nasty and that should I take this matter further, he will fight me in court. Seriously? I wish I had read all the reviews before purchasing from Emmeline's Fashion. STAY AWAY!!!
I would give zero stars. Low quality clothing clearly sourced from shein or temu and marked up. When I asked to return, was told no. This is illegal in SA. Then Lisa proceeded to block me without any resolution. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I'd read others bad reviews before shopping with them and I will be reporting them to the NCC
After a month waiting for my order, the incorrect size was delivered. When I queried this, I was told 'Hi please ignore that label its a US lavel it fits a uk16 100% for sure. We state uk size since that the norm.'I replied to say that it doesn't fit and I would like to return for a refund. I received no reply and sent another request for a refund and again no reply. I now have a trousers doesn't fit as the incorrect size was delivered and no response is given to my requests for a refund.Will definitely not be buying from them again and will mention this to others to avoid them going through the same thing.
I experienced significant delays with my recent order, which took over six weeks to arrive. Upon receiving the dress, I found that its quality was comparable to items available from budget retailers like Shein or Temu. Additionally, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the owner, which further contributed to my dissatisfaction. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.
