Started well when the technician arrived punctually after his courtesy call. He was careful to respect the house - shoes off - protective blanket. He was very professional and quickly identified the cause of the problem. Having identified the problem he quickly repaired it and did some remedial work so it wouldn't reoccur. Well done.
