I had a bad experience. Order arrived in size L instead of XXL that I ordered. I contacted customer support and they advised that I just have to return it and re-order myself if I want. I sent the receipt for the cost of returning the item and to be fair got that refunded the same day. However, two weeks later I hadn’t received the refund for the item so I contacted customer support again, they advised it was on the way however they wouldn’t refund the €6 delivery charge I had paid, so I explained that it wouldn’t be fair as I received the incorrect order in the first place. They did agree to refund the delivery charge “as a gesture of goodwill”. I received the delivery charge refund then within a few days however it was only €5 but I wasn’t bothered arguing over €1. A week later I still hadn’t received the €37 for the item so I had to contact customer service yet again. A few days later I received a refund of €25. I’m now in contact with them yet again to receive the remaining €12. Hopefully this is just a once off very unlucky experience with EMP Merchandising company.
