I wish I had checked the reviews before making my purchase. I contacted the company for an update on my order for holiday gifts placed two weeks ago, but I've received no response. The tracking number provided shows no updates. There are many alternative sellers for these items, so it's frustrating that this one, despite having stock, has such poor customer service. If my order arrives soon, I will update this review.
