I regret not checking reviews before making my purchase. I reached out to the company for an update on my holiday gift order, and after two weeks, I still have no information. The tracking number shows no updates. With so many options available, it's frustrating that this seller has such poor customer service despite having stock. If you're thinking of buying for the holidays, you might want to reconsider. I will update this review if my order arrives soon.

I placed my order on the 2nd, and now it's the 13th without any delivery. I'm anxious I won't receive this holiday gift in time. I've been advised to wait, but I would prefer a refund to shop elsewhere before it's too late. I've even reached out to my bank to dispute the charge.
I ordered and pre-ordered an item, and it arrived as expected. The shipping was quick, and the items were well-packaged. The quality exceeded my expectations and was worth the price! I don't understand why this company has a low trust score in the UK, as they are well-regarded in their home country. I'm very satisfied and believe they deserve a better rating!
I had a terrible experience with customer service. I ordered three items on the 4th of December, one of which was a pre-order. Two weeks later, there was still no sign of any shipment. I reached out for information and learned the pre-order item was out of stock, which I should have been informed about much earlier. I ended up canceling my order and requesting a refund. It's unfortunate I didn’t check reviews beforehand, as I see now how challenging it is to get a refund from them.
I've purchased from them multiple times and have returned a few items without any issues. The process has been straightforward each time. Some clothing items are quite thin and may not last long, but that seems to be a common trend in clothing overall.
My items did not arrive. I reported this issue and filled out a claim form, which was accepted, but I still haven't received a refund. They keep promising it, yet weeks have passed with no resolution for over £100 spent. I've reported this to my credit card company.
