I had a terrible experience with customer service. I ordered three items on the 4th of December, one of which was a pre-order. Two weeks later, there was still no sign of any shipment. I reached out for information and learned the pre-order item was out of stock, which I should have been informed about much earlier. I ended up canceling my order and requesting a refund. It's unfortunate I didn’t check reviews beforehand, as I see now how challenging it is to get a refund from them.
