Frustration with Unfair Charges

I'm too upset to elaborate further, so here's the summary: I received a £100 fine for loading/unloading for just over 3 minutes. My appeal was denied, and then I got a letter from a third party demanding £170. I've argued for months about the legality of their charges, which shouldn't have included the extra £70 according to regulations still being debated.
