No Response to Urgent Concerns

I received a handwritten Removal Notice addressed to someone else, with no address. It threatened a visit from removal contractors at 6 am. Naturally, I was worried, suspecting it might be a scam since I owe no money. No one from the service answered my calls or responded to my email with a picture of the letter. Given that it was a printed letter with their name, they should have contacted me to clarify the situation and alleviate my concerns. Each morning, I was anxious about someone knocking on my door.

Struggles with Payment Plans

I've attempted to set up a payment plan three times with this service. They resort to scare tactics and are unhelpful, with pushy emails and staff when I finally manage to get through. They refuse to listen and cause unnecessary stress. As a disabled individual, I've tried to establish an affordable payment plan, but they keep insisting on intimidation, worsening my condition. I have records of my attempts to set this up, yet they continue to deny them. A disgraceful company that should be embarrassed by their actions.

Negative Experience Confirmed

Believe the negative reviews. I was polite throughout the call; initially, the representative was friendly but then became aggressive. When I mentioned I wouldn't pay due to not receiving any prior notice about a fine supposedly issued in February, the representative attempted to intimidate me by claiming they would win in court. I felt rushed and pressured to provide my address, which I was willing to give, but the constant insistence made me uneasy. As a single parent with disabilities, I find the lack of empathy from their staff appalling. They need to be investigated for their unprofessional behavior.

Terrible Company Experience

This has to be one of the worst companies I've dealt with. I called about an exorbitant parking fee, and although I was prepared to pay in full, they claimed they couldn't contact the parking service. If that's true, how did they obtain my details? They weren't even willing to discuss a settlement fee, nor did they provide a receipt for my payment, which may be canceled soon. I wish I had never engaged with them. Their lack of management is baffling. I advise others to stay away; after six years, the debt is wiped. Their threats are ridiculous, especially as there are no bailiffs in my region.
