The time taken to receive the item was frustrating. I ordered it on November 1st, hoping to get it for Remembrance Sunday. It was just a medal bar, marked as in stock, with no mention of delivery time. I emailed two weeks later to express my disappointment, but received no reply or apology. Confirmation of my order came only two weeks after placing it, and the item was dispatched days later. I expected better treatment for veterans and their families.
